Lifting
Equipment

Safety Legislation today affects most businesses and imposes a burden of responsibility on owner's, occupiers and managers of properties, as well as on the users of plant and machinery.

The Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) place a duty on equipment owners/users to ensure that all categories of Lifting Equipment are subjected to periodic Independent Impartial Thorough Examination carried out by a Competent Person and that they retain copies of Inspection Reports.
